76 boler wheel to body measurement

Just looking at my boler. The wheel on one side is further under than on the other side. It appears to be original underneath. The axle has the same measurement both sides to the frame. Help!

Yep. My 73 is the same. Not sure why but it appears to be the standard. I'm sure someone here knows the reason

That is a common observation on the Scamps as well. Both may have come out of the same mold pattern.
Boler American went out of business late in 1972. This left Eveland’s Inc. with the molds. Duane, Gerald and Gladys discussed things, came up with the name Scamp and began building and marketing their own trailer.
