77 boler windows

Hi all, my daughter just purchased a 13' 77 boler. It has been gutted. They left the support sections in which is great, but looks like they removed the fromt and back windows with a jack hammer. Alot of cracked fibreglass around the frame and the radius corners are pretty much non existant. My question is does anyone know the dimensions and the radius of these windows? Want to go back to original boler windows but want to make sure that the repaired fibreglass gives us the proper size cut out so the gasket and window fit properly. Thanks!!

when my brother restored his boler, he pretty much had the same problem.
He repaired the fiberglass and then had the glass company cut to fit a plexiglass window.. it was cheap and worked fine

Thanks Phil! Did he end up just using a automotive gasket to seal it up?

they cut the plexiglass and used a gasket and sealed it with windshield adhesive.

Just posted some pics of the unseen fibreglass damage on the floor and wheel well in the fibreglass forum. Completely stripped done now other than the mess in the corner that they tried to hide. Here's a few shots, hoping to be able to remove all the junk in the corner and repair properly. They screwed metal brackets covered them in fibreglass then body fill, what a mess.

Replaced a few years ago seller said, assuming the old snapped and thats why all the wheel well damage. Towed really well, but going to replace hubs and wheels anyway.

Hi, I also have a 77 Boler. I replaced both the front and back windows. Everything you need to know is on this site -

https://www.boler-camping.com/boler-...-rear-windows/

As far as replacing the Plexiglas you can use Lexan or plexi. I ended up with one of each because that's what they had in stock at the time. I put the Lexan in the front window for strength against rock chips and the plexi in the rear. I gave the glass dealer my old window to use as template for them to cut out the new.

The only problem I had was the factory window cutout in the front was a little off and really the window should have been a little larger to fill in the gap better. I almost wish I had just measured the opening instead of using the window as template. But it does not leak so I don't worry about it.

It was a little difficult to get the windows in. I recommend 2 people.

Sadly we never got to install a fridge, a guy stopped buy and offered 5k for the boler and we sold it to him, my brother only took the boler out on 2 trips before he sold it..
