79 Scamp 13' Side Side Windows

Hey all, I've got a 79 Scamp 13 footer with side windows missing. I would like to preface that I am dumb and bought the ones from Scamp directly that are rounded yet mine are cut square. You can see that someone had done some personal modification to it by the cut marks to make it square.

I believe that I am handy enough to do fiberglass work if needed, never have done it before though. So should I go for fiberglass repair or just try to sell or trade the windows I bought for square ones? I unfortunately am out of the range to return the rounded windows I have purchased.

If you can find the old jalousie style windows, I would go that route. We have a '78 Scamp that we rehabbed and we all love the original windows, which is funny because I originally thought the newer ones were better. We enjoy having them open in the rain, like the look, and the kids love cranking them open.

I agree with the post above.
My 1992 has the jalousie windows and they're great. Most of the time they are silver framed, mine are black (I guess they offered that for a short time).

Jalousie window are fantastic and sadly no longer made. So you have to google RV salvage yard, find the ones closest to you and go check it out. Jalousie windows are far superior to anything being made today (OK, thats just an opinion).
