We have a 13'
Casita with front bunks. We're going to take out the bunks and make it into a dinette. The A/C unit came installed underneath the bunk in the middle. We are having a tough time getting that A/C unit out of there although it appears to be just a regular window-type A/C. We've taken off all the brackets and collapsible walls surrounding it, gone underneath and taken off the big vent, but we just can't figure out what is holding it in. We have not taken off the vent on the front outside of the
Casita because it appears riveted onto the body. Please, please, please anyone who has taken an A/C out of the 13', please tell us what we're missing. We're going to call
Casita on Tuesday but thought we could also get some input from others on this forum.
