Hi I'm Jason, I'm in the pest control business.
It would help if I knew what your ants looked like ( color, and size or a real good pic) there are some very effective baits to control ants out there but you have to buy the right one for the right ant.

Might just be an illusion but by the looks of it the ants should roll right out the back.

Looks to me like the camper in the back of the truck is way too heavy and has bottomed out the suspension. Must be some big heavy ants.

When ever I have a problem with ants I put out lots of corn meal and a few days later all ants are gone.

Hard to tell from the pic could be and ant they call a crazy ant. There is a bait for home use called combat ant bait gel. Home Depot use to carry it. Another one you could try is any of the ant bait stations that have the chemical hidromethlon, abamectron-B1, or my favorite Fipronal. It will be listed under active ingredient on the front of the package.
Baits work slow you have to give them time to work.
You could always just spray (sparingly) with ortho home defense. Remember a little goes a long way.
