Are you my VIN?

Hi everyone - getting back into the RV swing of things, brought our wee yellow boler home from the country last weekend. Saw some threads about VIN numbers - which prompted me to go hunting for ours. Found the following on a sticker beside the vent, on the driver's side:

130S - S - 36 - 0232 2/76

Can someone interpret what that means? I'm fairly sure our boler spent some time in Saskatchewan (or so some faded stickers tell me) but I think we also have a decal from the USA.
