A couple of weeks ago I was looking for help in this forum. I had no
battery power, fuses where all intact and
battery was reading 12.8 volts. I only live 45 minutes from Backus so I set up a service date. I was there today. After fifteen minutes they found a disconnected wire under the front bunk. There fee was surprisingly low, tip like amount. There customer service has always been very good. Side note....today when I was there a couple who was there picking up a new 13 footer. Fun to see their excitement.
