Beachcomber b15 door frame measurements

Can anyone please tell me the measurements/angles for the door frame braces that are needed for my 13' Beachcomber B15 1977. Thanks

Hey,
I dont have the measurements or angles, but you should be able to scribe the angle using the walls and then just measure the height. Do you have the existing support or the side of the closet? I made new supports - one was exactly the same size as the orginal one(to the right of the entry) and then I made a second one to fit the left of the entry. I made a notch to accomodate the wheel well. Here is a picture for reference. I think I am going to work on my trailer next weekend, I can take measurements for you then if needed.

Sorry for the late reply (work), I don't have any of the supports as the previous owner took out everything. The walls are bowed so I'm worried I won't get the right angles even if I push the walls in. If you're able to get the measurements that would be great. Thank you.

Not too late. Thank you so much for the angles and measurement. They will definitely help me through the build.

Thanks!

Thanks for these photos - wondering why the door supports are hollow?
Mine is the TM15 with metal supports - but definitely needs more than the metal support now

When I rebuilt my supports, I copied exactly how the original one was made. There is some pieces in the middle to make it rigid, but that might not be clear in the photos. I did end up installing these supports a few months ago, and it really strengthened up that side of the trailer and created a better alignment for the top and bottom shells. Since the trailer originally had a closet to the left of the door, we made a second support (the one with the cutout for the wheel well). This second support I think is important because the closet was not offering a lot of strength.
Depending on the model, metal supports where used instead of the wood one.
