Can anybody tell me what info must be included in a Bill of Sale. I am leaving in the morning to pick up my 13' U-Haul in Kansas City, Yahooey! Maybe someone even has a blank document they could send me? Can't wait, wish me luck! Thanks Mary

I googled "bill of sale" and found many of them. I attached one that I found and removed the part about "odometer". Be aware that your state department of motor vehicles may have specific forms that they require to be filled out and signed by the seller. California does and it took a couple of trips to the DMV before the paperwork was right. I attached the form I found. Use at your own risk.

I don't know where you're from in the midwest but the Indiana BMV actually has an official bill of sale available.

Congrats! Hope you like it as much as we like ours. We are leaving with Howie, the 'Hauler today, for a family reunion.

i'm not familiar with your state requirements, but some states want the buyer and seller's telephone number, which is a bit unexpected, as well as full address. i think this may be because they might call at a later date to ask the selling price to see if you have paid the proper excise tax.
vin number and year should of course be listed.
