Body shop Houston?

I need names of body shops you have personally used and vouch for in Houston (can include boat repair shops). Scamp involved in major accident this weekend, not at fault, insurance wants me to give them a name of a body shop asap. I've called a few, not finding any who have experience with eggs.

That’s very sad news, and I understand from your other posts this is a brand new unit. You are in Houston and your profile says Minnesota. Are you on the road?

An auto body shop that does Corvette repairs would be equipped to handle the fiberglass repair.

If the damage is severe and another party is at fault, I would push hard for a full replacement. If there will be a repair, your can also push for transport back home (to the factory?). Then at least you know it will be done right. You do not have to accept the insurance company’s first settlement offer.

Best wishes sorting this out! So sorry for your troubles.

I'm wondering why the insurance company is not recommending one for you. When my Casita got crunched, our insurance adjuster made an estimate based on my photos and suggested two RV repair shops that they had a relationship with. I didn't have to use them, but I did choose the closest one to home, which was still 70 mikes. The work was guaranteed by both the shop and the insurance company and came in within $100 of the original estimate.
