Have original 72 Bolar my dog ripped out insulation under window where can I find that???

Sorry to tell you but the ensolite insulation (commonly called elephant skin) is no longer made and has been discontinued for many years. You could probably salvage some from behind the cabinets or find someone who is replacing theirs and buy their removed liner. Another option is to use 1/8" neoprene rubber and paint it white after it is installed, it won't look exactly the same but it will be close.
