I am going to replace the old door pins on my 1974
Boler. Trouble is that the old pins are pretty well seized in the non-moving part of the hinge. So, how do i get the old pins out? Release-all has not done anything. Heat has been suggested - putting a
propane torch on the aluminum hinge to expand it and break the bond. I am reluctant to do this. If its the best way, then I will do it. The only other thing I can envision is drilling out the old pins. Not sure about this either. Ant suggestions? Thanks...
