Boler wheel bolt change to studs

I am renovating a '79 13 ft Boler and wish to change the wheel bolts to studs so I can use lug nuts. I tried a search on this forum to no avail. Has any one done this and if so, how. Thanks

An auto parts store should have wheel studs and nuts. Check that the studs don't stick out through the back of the hub too far and hit something, and be sure that the nuts tighten on the wheel before they hit the shoulder on the stud. Double nut the stud, tighten them together, to install the studs, some loctite on the hub end of the studs would be a good idea.
