Coleman Mach 10 NDQ "Bluetooth Version"

Hello!

Have any of you experienced the little LCD Screen blinking on and off? The unit will not connect via bluetooth to our phone nor will it turn on or be able to pair.

The tech at Coleman said: "I've never heard of that before".

I have a mobile servicer coming over today but I'm betting they'll have no idea.

Any help will be much appreciated.

The mobile tech came out but could not find the cause. He too said he had never seen this before.

I had checked everything (electrically) that I could think of including deleting the RV Climate app and reloading, as well as deleting the existing bluetooth tstat from my from my phone. He even went a little further by pulling the control box and heat strip to test everything in detail.

He and I felt in was the pc board on the cover (It's the entire cover assembly) itself which has the bluetooth in it. He left and said they would keep looking into the cause.

He sent me a text about 3 hours later and said Coleman was sending the entire control cover assembly free of charge under warranty.

Not sure how long that will take to get here but hopefully that is the cause.

Glad they are honoring the warranty. I just installed that same board and heat strip. For the upcoming seasons

The servicer came out this morning with the new Bluetooth unit, installed it in a hot second and "tada" it's back in working order!

If you ever need service in the St. Louis area I highly recommend these guys.
