Hi. I was hoping my 1999 13'
scamp was a diamond in the rough but I'm thinking its a bit more of a chunk of coal.
I'm a nube, but willing to try and fix it, so you'll be hearing from me a lot. I knew floor needed replaced. I want to support the end Im working on with 2x4 wedged under belly bar. but I see the shell is resting on the frame. My question is, as I replace the wood will I need to lift the shell to meet the new floor? I've read many threads and no one has addressed this. Seems obvious but Im trying to envision my steps before I start.
As long as Im here, the right front corner was wrecked and sloppily repaired. I will need to reglass area where bottom door hinges attach along with the frame. Do I do door first and make floor fit or do floor first as to attach the frame??
Thanks for all the great info so far, Diann
