I'm a new 13' burro owner and have to basically redo the entire interior. Does anyone have a suggestion where I can purchase new cushions? Neither my wife or I know how to sew.

Take a short jaunt to the nearest fabric shop. They can direct you to people that do sew and can recover those cushions. You can also get leads on replacement foam.

Hope it helps.

Hey Randy what year is your Burro? Mines a 79 and has the same interior look as yours. I got mine about a month ago. What did you pay for yours?

If I may add a question or 2 here:
What type foam replacement are people using? For those that make a permanent bed what foam do you use for that.

For cushions i would use 4inch high density foam. For permanent bed i would use 4inch memory foam.I have seen it at Cosco.

Fabric shops ( the bigger ones) do carry some foam i think... you can also check with them... Depending on how much you want to spend on 'memory' foam, which is really nice..... Having someone sew new cushion covers for you would be a better option than an upolestry shop.. I just had my bench ones done and they werent cheap, plus i got lucky and got some nice 'used' foam he had there. The upper bunks in the 5er fabric needs to be replaced... water damage has made stains on them and they really arent in that good of shape .... ... I use a memory foam topper on that.... at least i am not laying on those gross cushions... I sprayed them with Lysol to get the cooties off..... LOL

Believe it or not, I got my Burro for FREE. Hooked up from a friend. I'm just thinking about replacing similar to the ones that were in it.
