Damaged Scamp 13 for sale

Here's a 13 with some fiberglass damage for sale at an auto auction.

The info says front-end damage. It's not, it's on the side, the driver's side rear. The damage isn't bad, but the trailer is filthy.

No title/parts only/bill of sale designation on it too. May be tough getting tags & insurance on it depending on what state you are in.

Just an update, I was tempted and almost bid on this but Copart's minimum $100/yr membership requirement just to bid plus the late bids on the trailer put me off.

Final bid/sale price I saw this go for was $1,350, which did not meet the seller's reserve but I believe they ended up taking what was bid. Close enough to the max bid I felt ok to gamble that I figured it wasn't worth wasting the $100 just to get outbid.

Wise. I did an auction for military surplus auctioning off some Scamps. the prices ended up going up at the end. Also, there was a fee for the auction house of like 10% of the price.



1350 is not bad for a fixer, but no title? I think you were smart.
