Delaminated Fiamma Awning

The Fiamma awning has become delaminated in that the outer layer has separated from the inner layer on my 2009 Casita SD. Also, for the past couple of years the reel does not roll in straight and secure inside the housing. I'm not sure if I need a whole new awning including the housing or, to just get the reel repaired and the fabric replaced on the reel. What has been the experience of others? Any repair and install shops in West Tennessee where I can take it?

Thank you for any input.

Ron

Perhaps contact the Fiamma Company (US office) product support.
Do you have the manual for the awning? It should say what the warranty policy is.

Call Fiamma — A Great Group

Ron,
I agree with Wayne about calling Fiamma. I had some issues with my awning, and since I was visiting Gainesville, I dropped in on Fiamma’s US HQ in Orlando. The guys who work there were very nice, patient, helpful, and did some actual work on it since I was there. No charge. I think you would be pleasantly surprised by your reception. They can probably recommend a repair place near you, too.

Good luck!
