Dometic Fridge Blinking Off

Actually, it’s never coming on. No matter which source of power we choose, the correct lights turn on but blink off after two seconds.
My husband usually handles these things on our 2008 Casita 17, but because he is very ill, it’s on me to get this fixed. I just want to see in advance of calling the mobile RV guy if anyone can tell me what it sounds like it could be so I’m semi informed and don’t fall for something.
Two weeks before his diagnosis, my husband checked everything outside of the actual fridge to see if there was an external problem. He was checking all the switches and fuses under the bed (inverter?), tested the battery and propane, and unplugged and re-plugged a cord outside in the fridge compartment. I wasn’t paying that much attention, obviously. We decided we’d deal with it when it was cooler and we had more time since we were in the middle of a move to TX and it was HOT at the storage facility. That was in April, and sadly, we’ve recently realized we won’t be camping again, so I have to get it fixed to sell.
If anybody could rattle off a list of other things to check, I think I can use the A-Z book and google to glean enough of an understanding to hold my own with a repairman. Thank you!

If you consistently get a light to power on (using all sources of power) that rules out a lot, even if it does turn back off after 2 secs. I'd suspect the control board. IF you're getting the same symptom on AC.

AC uses a completely different heating element than propane, eliminates all of the gas valve and thermocouple that keeps the flame burning.

I know on our 2013 Casita if the battery voltage dropped below a certain level , the refrigerator would come on , sense low DC voltage , the lights would blink and then the refrigerator would shut off.
In our case , one of the battery cells had shorted out , and the battery voltage was below 11VDC

A Diagnostic Service Manual (34 pages) is available online. The first link is to a PDF format. The second link is to a "reader" format, which I don't care for as much.

Question

What make and model? I found a great trouble shooting manual for my Dometic RM2612.
