For those times when your partner just can't escape the trailer, this stuff is great! The one drawback is that it has to be used beforehand.

Reading the reviews was hilarious! If over 2,000 people are to be believed (the reviewers can't all be family or employees of the company's owners can they?) then this might be worth a try.

For what it's worth, the hospital where my wife had her surgery uses Odor Gon by Chemac.
No cute name or videos, just a product that apparently works.
