Door Security

Hi!
First time posting and I hope this is the right place! I tried searching previous posts before asking, but didn’t find anything.

I will be traveling across the continent for a month with my four kids (oldest is 6) in our Trillium.
I am looking for solutions to make the front door more secure while we are sleeping inside at night, both for security from people being able to get in and so the kids can’t just open the door and wander off.

I understand that this is not a trip that people would recommend or choose, but it’s the situation we’re in, so any advice or product recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Look up Milenco rv lock. It appears to offer an additional layer of security similar to a deadbolt. I do not have one but I am strongly considering installing one.
