Dean,
I have a 1973
ECO that I've had for about 3 years that I've done a few renovations to. It was in really great shape when I bought it. So far I had the axel replaced and lifted 3-4 inches and I'm very happy I did. Made all the difference having good clearance. I replaced the flooring, the sub floor was good. I've replaced all the cabinet doors, & most of the hinges and latches. All fresh
paint inside. Replaced the water line and pump faucet, having a challenge with the water tanks. I am trying to replicate what someone else did for quick disconnect for the water tanks, still trying to locate the quick disconnect parts. I had the door worked on to close straight, and it's better. Replaced the trim around the door. I removed the original heater, it didn't work. Removed the ice box, it had seen better days. I'd like to figure out different
electrical wiring but it works great as it is so I may just leave it for the time being. I've got all
LED lights. I did a
fiberglass coating on the bottom of the camper. Frame is fine. I've replaced some rivets with SS screws and sealed the rivets on the top. Original 2 burner stove and sink. I've used Poli Glow on the exterior
fiberglass, after I got all the oxidation off, and the trailer looks really good.
There may be some other little things I've done but I'll remember those later!
Enjoy your camper and I'd love to see pictures.
Susan
