You might try asking on "the samba.com", it's a site for VW air cooled and there's several peeps with them over there.

Those are cool little trailers, Joe. Just clarifying, you are looking for someone to do some restoration work on your Eriba Puck? Large budget, small budget?

BTW, please don't use ALL CAPS, unless you are stressing a point. It is seen as yelling on forums.

The first name that comes to mind out your way is Robert Johans, he has done many a nice restoration with fiberglass trailers. The Eriba should not be all that much different.

They are different than all molded towables because the main portion is aluminum skin. Only the top (pop) is fiberglass.

Unhappy Thank you all!

sorry, 'bout thecaps... old eyes! Bought used, used 4 times. Needs to go to new home! Weighs so little the '92 Corsica 3.3, didn't suffer in the MPG area, still got 24. Same as w/o the trailer. Couldn't find anyone to copy the factory 'stamped' key... Wax, a blank, files, & I made my own. Re-did the bearings, common to lil' boat trailers. Love it, but the time has come.

Joe, I think we may all be a little confused here. This is posted in the forum on maintenance and restoration, so we thought you you were looking for help fixing this old girl up. But your second post sounds more like you might be trying to sell her… that right?

If this is a trailer for sale, you should probably repost in the "classified" section. Some information about its condition would help - we gather it's a fixer, but what are some of its issues? Is it complete or missing components? Can it be towed? Include a price and pictures if possible.

If you need help doing any of that, just ask! We're here to assist.
