#1 Problem
I have just noticed that the door hinges on our 1980 trillium 4500 are cracking and also the screws are pulling out of the door. Is there any replacement hinges available and if so where in the u.s.? I saw a long time ago that someone had used some commercial refrigerator hinges that were the same or had the same hole spacing. I hate to drill all the way through the door and put longer bolts to secure it but that may be what I have to do but only after replacing the hinges. Has anyone else repaired the the screw holes getting bigger over time?

#2 Problem OOPS!!! I mean the 2nd problem. Well it is kind of a #2 problem. Our 4500 is the front bath model with what is said to be a marine toilet with the holding tank being the pedestal and the drain is cemented to if from the factory. The drain pipe is 3 1/2" od black plastic threaded on the end MPT and just barely sticks through the outside lower front corner of the fiberglass, than it has a white/cream colored Thetford FPT adapter threaded on it and the dump valve bolts to that and then it had a bayonet mount cemented to that the dump hose connects to. Is there a way to convert it to the newer black colord dump valve. Space is a problem because the trailer sits so low to the ground thats how I broke it off. I need to change from a 3 1/2" mpt to the newer style valve. Any help or informatiion would be greatly appriciated. I can email pics of the problem if needed.

For help on your first question check out my post yesterday in the Care and Feeding section under Trillium Hinge Replacement.
My old rusted screws wouldn't hold either so I used round hardwood toothpicks in the holes along with some waterproof glue.
