FAIR PRICE RANGE-'97 Lite House

I have found online a 12' Lite House for sale and need help from fellow eggers:
First, is there a member in the Albuquerque NM area who would be willing to look at this little guy for me? I'm in CO and that wouldbe so helpful.
Also, I know that Lite Houses are fairly scarce, & a 97 would have been mfd just before the plant closed...anybody have an idea of a fair price for one in (what sounds like) very good original condition?
Thanks for any info you can provide!

In 1996 they were having a sale. A 1996 "Base Camp" which was basically a "Hard Tent" that had furniture and cushions but NO plumbing or appliances was discounted to $3995.00 brand new. A "Trailer-for-Two" with battery, lights, sink, water tank, pump, 2 burner cooktop, and Ice Box was $5995.00 brand new. To get a "Grand Camp" with every option they offered was $9995.00 brand new.

$3995.00 in 1996 dollars = $5765.15 in 2011 dollars (adjusted for inflation)
$5995.00 in 1996 dollars = $8651.33 in 2011 dollars
$9995.00 in 1996 dollars = $14,423.00 in 2011 dollars

Just want to thank you for the great information; we are going to take a look at it , and may just pull it home! Nothing like a new member to our family! Will report back.

The exact right price is at the intersection of two lines on a chart, where the most you will pay intersects with the least he will take.
If those lines don't cross... No Sale.
