Floor redo question

Got the carpet knife and started getting ready to take the old carpet out of the trailer wanting to repace it with some Allure. The old carpet curves up off the floor under the cabinets and ends at the bottom of the cabinet. When I pulled the carpet back I realized the the outside wall there is curved. It doesn't come straight down to the floor. I was expecting (silly me) that I would have a nice straight edge to lay the flooring up to and put down some molding to finish it off. So - has anyone else done this? Any wisdom, advice or solutions? Not being a real handyperson things like this always seem like a major obstacle! Oh the learning curve.....
