took the unit out of the case checked the fan blades and burner tube installed a new gasket on the burner door. hooked it all up on my workbench and it worked fine. had the themostat wires hooked together, seperated them the fan ran for a minute then shut down. rehooked the wires, fired up, let it burn for 5 min. When I set up camp I usually have to light
the stove burners, then the furnace to purge the gas line so the fridge lights
easily. Once the furnace lights
and stay lit for a few seconds I turn it off. You might consider doing something like this. It helps keep the lines full of propane
and lets me know the furnace is working, even if I don't need it at the time.
