Gap in Burro Door Corner / Door Seal

When camping last week with our "new to us" 1980 Burro we noticed a gap in the corner of the door. Any other Burro owners have this problem?

We checked the hinges and they look okay, not sure what else to check.

We also noticed the door seal is on the inside of the door and is the "peel and stick" kind. This obviously needs to be replaced - what kind of door seals have worked for you? Do you recommend the peel and stick or something else? Should the door seal go on the door or on the body of the burro?

I had a similar problem with my 1986 Burro. I used the peel and stick that I ordered from Scamp. I installed it on the frame. I even installed it under the threshold. It took care of most of it. I still have a very small gap in each lower corner. I can live with that.
