Gaskets for Trillium 1300 1975

Hello all!

I am about to remove the windows on my Trillium 1300, 1975. Everything there seems original so of course the windows gaskets are dry and need to be replaced. I would like some advice from someone who did the same so I can order the right parts. If you have parts numbers and length needed for all the windows it would be awesome. Is there anything else apart from the gaskets that would need to be changed (I already have the butyl tape, the stainless steel screws and I will change the wood frames too.) thanks!

I added some pictures of the visible gaskets, there might be others when I disasemble the windows

Trillium window gaskets

Hi,
We have recently acquired a 1980 Trillium 1300 and have removed all windows.Replaced wood trim, seal tape and screws ,and reinstalled.
We haven't replaced rubber trim yet but, found some items for Hehr 4900 jalouise widows at vintagetrailergaskets.com
Joe ( Cool Dude) @ Outbacktrailers ( Calgary Canada)) has also been very helpful sending us a window frame ,operator and other misc. parts.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
JR

Alexandre,

For the top seal, the Hehr part number is 009-097.
For the Y seal (install on the sides and bottom), the Hehr part number is 009-289.
For the screw cover in black, the Hehr part number is 011-363.

We have purchased and installed all three of these products on our Trillium 4500.
