Due to operator error, our rock guard that covers the front window of our 1988 Bigfoot 17 footer, is gone! Does anyone know where to get a reasonable facsimile of this? I have spoken to Bigfoot. They have nothing from that era.
BTW, it has been gone for over 5,000 miles now and we have realized it is really a bug guard.

There are some small start-ups that are doing three-D printing. It may be worth checking to see their price for such a product.

That's a pretty big piece to 3D print. Probably have better luck either molding it out of fiberglass or from a sheet of thick thermoplastic of some sort.

Why not get a sheet of ABS at your local BigBox lumber store, then trim it with a closed cell foam trunk gasket?
They make ABS with and without OSB backing.
They make trim edging in lots of shapes and sizes...

I thought about doing plexy for our Scamp so that it's already clear.

OR if you want to go budget and not too worried about weather: 1/4 plywood with sealant for a bit of protection

wow! I really wish I had asked the community when I lost my rock guard - yours is a great idea!

I lost my rock guard due to user error, and I was able to find a replacement that fit on ebay. It wasn't cheap though, over $100.
