Grey water outlet/drain

I have a 1976 Trillium 1300. Underneath the kitchenette counter there are two cutouts on the camper, one for the city water inlet connection and one for the grey water outlet.

Regarding the grey water outlet, I'm having a tough time finding a fixture that will fit the camper. The old fixtures were cracking from long term sun exposure and needed replaced. Most of the fixtures are round with 3-holes and all the fixtures on the original camper were square with 4-holes.

Wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and had a make/model that I could use.

I could just get a piece of 1/4" plywood, epoxy it, and then make whatever connection I need to make.

I used this Camco product on my Trillium and retro-fitted it to the old plastic mounting plate on the side of the trailer:

If you can't use the existing square plastic mounting plate on the side of the trailer, I would suggest replacing it with some type of plastic, e.g., cellular pvc or hdpe.
