Hello! New Owners

Hello everyone! My husband & I are currently in the middle of restoring our 1978 FiberStream and really appreciated all the information listed in this group to help us. I'm reaching out to see if anyone with an original awning can send me photos of all the attachments and possible a video of it working? I'm trying to piece an old one together and would love to just get a better general idea on how it works. Any advice would be great. We're trying to use the older one vs buying a brand new one to save on costs.

Thank you for reading & hope you're enjoying your day.

Big arms connect to roller ends with pivot pin through cap and roller ends. Main arm top caps lock to top brackets when not in use. Small arms connect top body brackets at wall and slide up on inside of main arms. Clip into top when awning is extended.
Our arms are curved but setup is the same, can take some pictures.
