I can't imagine need more than a good reciever for a good hitch on the Tow Vehicle. Might depend a bit on if you have towed before. The regulator in the door is probably part of the frig.
Yeah certainly the recommendation of new
tires and getting the bearings packed would be wise. Heck that might be a great way to determine the status of the
axle. It should be pretty cheap (for mechanicing) to have them packed and the mechanic would inspect the
axle anyway and ask him to report. Make a deal with the seller, you will pay to have the bearings packed and inspected and will pay that bill even if you don't take it. That way you would know.
Fiberglass trailers generally last about forever. Mine is a 93
Scamp and it has needed some repairs and then I have done some upgrades. But frankly I abuse a trailer a lot more than you likely would. I got to horrible places to help and live out of it there. If it could talk it could tell some interesting stories ;-) But in reality is is sound and likely will last another 30+ years with reasonable maintenance.
Frankly as long as you get a good deal and there is not a show stopper it sounds like you found a winner.
