Nobody has advised how Whoot is supposed to get across the ice, to get to the store, to buy sand, or kitty litter, or bourbon.

Tire socks

Anyone ever hear of tire socks? I have often wondered if something lightweight like this would be worth having tucked away in the TV for a unexpected jam like this.

Whatever he had to do to get to his new job, I hope it all worked out well. I would still like to know the rest of the story.
