How to remove Dometic RM24 from Trillium 1300?

Thought I'd ask before getting into this. After disconnecting the gas line and wiring, what's holding it in? We're upgrading to an Engel or Nova Kool, depending on space.

Thanks Ian. Couldn't find anything like this earlier myself. "Domestic fridge removal" doesn't bring up much!

Does the RM24 work? What are you going to do with it?

Just for a quick note, I looked at the installation manual on my Dometic 2193. There's a couple of L brackets installed on each side. These appear to butt up against the inside of the cabinet. Then for final, there's a couple of small bar brackets that attach at the top and bottom of the fridge from the OUTSIDE of the cabinet. Dunno if this will help much but that appears to be the basics of my installation. Both of these mounts I speak up would be at the front of my fridge.

Thanks for the heads up Darral. I'm expecting this to be somewhat of a pain to do.
David. We will be getting rid of it. Not sure of the value of it if any without doing some research. It works great off 110, propane doesn't work well (maybe needs cleaned out) and it won't work off 12v. The door seal was spray painted by a previous owner so we replaced that with closed cell door seal. Didn't want to put $70 into something we planned on replacing ASAP. I'll post some photos of it on this forum once I get it out and cleaned up a bit.

Got it out! Two screws up front were really all that was holding this in place. Looks like there was an electrical fire at one point and this fridge may have been a replacement. Either way, time to figure out what to replace it with and clean up this wiring and gas line.

No freezer door, or shelves? No wonder you want a new one.

The fact that it works on 110vac means it works. If someone has one that doesn't work, they could transfer any parts required from their old one. Were you closer, I would be interested.

There are shelves, just not in the picture. Yea, maybe someone with another one would want to combine parts to make one good one.
