It is PB Blaster now that I think of it. Although even with it, both wing nuts sheared off. Oh well, can put some shiny new ones on! Assuming I get it apart without destroying it.

Hi, guys. I just read through this whole multi-year post and was surprised to see no mention of the "Document Center", found under the "More" tab at the top of the page. There is a world of information on Axles, tires, water heaters, refrigerators, stoves..............
