Installation of basket

My Trillium has no storage for a spare tire or anything. Is it an easy install for a basket or do I have to involve welders, etc.?

There is a rear hitch, but as it appears just to be bolted on and not part of the frame, I assume it can't hold too much weight. Not sure what it can hold, actually.

Smile tire holder

if it is a tire holder that you want check out the one from harbor freight it installs on the rear bumper via nuts and bolts kinda universal, but perfect for smaller tires and wheels.

I do want that and will definitely check that out. Was also hoping to install a carrier / basket on the front (tongue?) to hold the propane tank and a tote or something to house things like chocks, leveling jacks, electrical cords, etc.

Thanks for your help!
