Installation of basket

My Trillium has no storage for a spare tire or anything. Is it an easy install for a basket or do I have to involve welders, etc.?

There is a rear hitch, but as it appears just to be bolted on and not part of the frame, I assume it can't hold too much weight. Not sure what it can hold, actually.

if it is a tire holder that you want check out the one from harbor freight it installs on the rear bumper via nuts and bolts kinda universal,but perfect for smaller tires and wheels.

I do want that and will definitely check that out. Was also hoping to install a carrier / basket on the front (tongue?) to hold the propane tank and a tote or something to house things like chocks, leveling jacks, electrical cords, etc.
