Kevin, your videos have been a great resource and as I've said before, I have saved the links to them for reference.

BUT ... (insert expletive of choice here) that looks like really hard work!

You said in the video if anyone else has any tips or ideas ....

Before seeing your video I was considering doing this job myself using the rope trick in this link ...

Have you tried this on your Boler or didn't it work so well? It does say its best to have three guys on it for the CJ.

I had heard mention of the rope technique but didn't know exactly what it was until I viewed your link. It looks like that trick would work also.

I had put the front window in with the help of a neighbour and it went three times as fast as doing it by myself. The second set of hands helps. However the video shows how it can be done with one person.
