Insurance for Trailer that has to be hauled on a flatbed

Has anyone had their trailer broken down and had to be hauled on a flatbed? What insurance company do you have and how was the service? A friend of mine waited over 6 hours, the towing service cancelled the call and didn't tell the insurance they weren't going out. State Farm is not reliable or service friendly from the experience he had.

I had to deal with road service for a major truck leasing company for 20 years. We used a contracted answering service to take the calls. They had a set of routine questions, and then called the closest company shop or an independent towing or repair business. The GOOD thing about them is that they would continually follow up on the call until told it was completed, by calling the customer and the service provider. This is the type of service you want, but I can't answer who to get it from. The call center doesn't have that much control over what the service company does so results may vary. We have both AAA and Good Sam road service but have not used either one with a trailer problem.
