Interior lights don't turn on (boler 1700)

Hi everyone,
I just bought my first boler 1700 last week. During the inspection I checked all electrical, gas and plumbing. Everything worked great!

Now that I have it home I charged the portable 12v battery and tried turn on interior lights but nothin seemed to work. This there a switch or something I need to flip to draw power from the 12v battery or something?

Thanks,

Adam

Sounds like something may have shaken loose on the way home. Check the battery connections.

If there is a fuse on the positive battery cable, check that also.

We have a 1700 Boler and the manual for the converter shows there is a fuse or a circuit breaker. It's possible the fuse doesn't work, is missing or the circuit breaker popped due to overload. Check the fuse or reset the breaker if that's the case. The unit should switch automatically from 110 to 12 volt, but ours doesn't always do that and we need to reset the breaker.

Hi guys,

I got it fixed. It was the fuse.

Thanks for the help!

Cheers,

Adam

Very good, but you might want to check your connections to make sure everything is tight. That may have been the reason for the blown fuse.
