Jalousie windows

I have had 6 out of 8 of my S1 Robertson 1 1/2 in screws sheer off during my window refurbishment.
1. Where do I find these screws (I likely will need more, the last 1/3 in is blunt and bare)
2. How do I remove them so I can install my new and beautiful tinted windows?

Your profile does not indicate where you are located. That would help.
In any event, look up Lee Valley Tools on Google. They have everything hardware and they are a Canadian company and Robertson is a Canadian invention.

How to remove them depends on the meaning of your question. If you mean how do you remove remains of a sheared off screw, I removed them using tightly clamped vise grip pliers. If that won't work, you probably need to post some pictures showing the problem.
