Im thinking of removing my drop in stove its old and currently not really working, Id like to replace it with a One burner stove, has anyone done this?
I just cant see myself making meals that would require me to cook on two burners inside.
Id lilke to be able to just make a pot of coffee...
Thanks
Valerie

The only one burner I have seen was in England at a caravan supply, the brand name was Carver.

We're putting a Seward Products Princess 1 burner gas cooktop into our 13' U-Haul. It was costly, but with the original 2 burner cooktop we didn't have any counter space. You might get lucky and find a used one available on eBay. A much cheaper alternative would be to get a portable butane or electric cooktop.

We have an Italian made SMEV two-burner in our Oliver, and I absolutely love it. Heats up quick, easy cleanup, very efficient. There's a SMEV dealer on ebay who has five new one-burners for sale right now. Here's a link to his site:

PS The two burner we have has a glass lid that allows us to use the stove as countertop when not cooking... You might want to look at that, too.
