Laying flooring in Boler

Hi guys,
I want to lay some GripStrip flooring on the floor of my boler.
It is basically sticky flooring panels that slot together.
It is a fiberglass and gelcoat floor, and far from level of course.
There is a significant peak running from the middle of the countertop to the big wardrobe, where the frame meets the floor.
Any tips or advice on the best way to go about this?
Prep, leveling, prior experiences etc.
