Leaking

Hi! I have à cadet fr.o.m. 71 that seams to be leaking from one of the Windows. Or the the roof. Any tips?

In the case of windows we usually just pull them out, clean up the surfaces and reinstall them with fresh RV putty tape. because it is fiberglass, we usually avoid using any kind of silicone sealant, it doesn't always stick well to fiberglass and will soon leak.

I don't know what your roof looks like. There are a few Predoms in Canada, but none that I know of in the U.S. Can you post some pictures?

Have some one go in side your camper and look for the leak while you spray it with a hose from the outside.
Hope this helps!

Hmmm. Tell us what your "New Sealer" is and we can give you hint of how well it will work and how long it might last.

Did you see the pics of the Predoms in my post today titled "Eastern European Camping" Here's a link... http://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/f...ing-70973.html

Wow, that sounds new and promising. Can you provide a trade name and I will see if it is available down here? I also have a source for "Stuff" Canada as well as in Sweden.
