looking for suggestions for fold down shelf

Hey Everyone,
I have noticed in looking at all of the eggs with pics that some people have installed a shelf next to the sink that folds down when not used. I am very handy and can build and install the shelf with no problems. I would appreciate any suggestions on where to purchase the folding hardware brackets that i see folks have used. Any input would be appreciated. I have a 2000 (16 foot) Liberty Deluxe Casita.
Thanks,
John

Alternative

In a previous trailer instead of a fold up shelf I cut a thin slot in a cabinet and mounted a slide out shelf. The shelf was about a 1/2" thick. It worked well.

Thanks,
Hey Norm, we met at Myrtle Beach State Park. We were the Casita right next to you. Sounds like y'all are having lots of fun these days. Thanks for the tip

Source for folding shelf brackets

Here is another source for the folding shelf brackets: Buy 8 Shelf Width at Woodcraft
These are really well made and are rated for 130 lb. per pair. They are available in 8-inch and 12-inch.

Instead of using a bracket I supported my counter extension with a fold out brace. Seems to work fine.

Reid,
Are you a boater? That looks a lot like the folding braces on our cockpit table. Very nice!

This is our stove cover, which doubles as a counter extension when needed....

Not a boater. Saw this type of support in a van conversion that a friend of mine had made to his specs and it made sense. I have used shelf brackets and flap stays in my cabinet business and they can take up more space and if not latched give way so I went with this type of support.
