my hubs like that were normal thread each side,
but I did have a 70's dodge dart swinger that had reversed lugs on one side

My trillium 1300, and my boat trailer had that style hubs, both sides were conventional thread- lefty looser, righty tighty
I did have a 70's dodge dart swinger that had reversed threads on one side- found out the hard way.

The head size should be either 3/4 inch or 13/16 inch
