Almost certainly not, but I don't know what size tires you have on your trailer.

To lower the trailer 1 foot, you need to reduce the tire diameter by 24 inches leaving about an 8 inch diameter taken up by the brake drum, and I really doubt your tires are like 32 inches in diameter.

But they may be since I don't know your trailer or tires.

I know of one FG trailer owner who changes out his wheels/tires for some rims only, that give him just enough clearance to fit through the barn door. The rims are also a smaller diameter, with the same bolt pattern, giving him an extra inch.
Time for product research and a bunch of measuring. Good luck.

Not sure the design of your pole barn.....if possible.....could you raise the barn to aacomodate? Sure would be easier in the long run....just a thought.

Perhaps rebuild the header on the door and add a panel to the door and modify the tracks but not if the trusses are too low also.
