I sent a response to the craigslist ad indicating a desire to purchase the maxxair vents since I live very close to the location the poster listed in his ad and have been looking for a couple of maxxair vents for quite a while.



I received a flaming obscenity laced response that accused me of scamming, harassment and wasting his time. Don't know what the problem is. Has anyone else responded to the ad and, if so, what response have you received. I'm getting ready to send a complaint to craigslist on this.

Well, I remember seeing this ad before. Like maybe close to a year ago or so.
I was struck by how the ad sounded flippant.



Seeing it surface once again, exactly as it was before, is certainly a flag.


Perhaps the guy whose number/email is used is fed up with being the "butt"
of someone's idea of a joke.



Either way, suffice it to say that the vents are likely a no-go.
