Winterizing destroys usability for months. All-season capability would allow you to winter camp, ski, snowshoe, ice skate and hike.
We've used our RV or trailer after it was winterized. We just use jugs of water and when we get done we put anti-freeze back down the drains. Not as convenient but still very usable and fun. If it is to cold then the heat can't keep up so then you need an RV that is good for cold weather camping. We don't go when it is that cold but have gone from our cold weather area to warm weather places. If we want to we use the water system then rewinterize if we're in warm weather for a couple of weeks or more. It's only $4-6 for the anti-freeze. We usually use 1-2 gallons. If we do use the water after winterizing we just put in water and use it for flushing toilet and washing dishes. We drink our jugs of water and use them for brushing teeth, etc.
